An experimental instruction of bacteria fluorescent staining suitable for educational activities

摘要 依托国家自然科学基金项目,从庞大的科研体系中汲取教学素材,利用师生合力共同创新,经过多年探索,建立了一项适用于教学的细菌荧光染色实验,并列出具体实验指导与注意事项。该项实验不仅能使学生掌握细菌的分离与纯培养、平板计数、无菌取样等一些基本实验技能,而且还能使学生学会利用落射荧光显微镜观察细菌标片以及判定细菌活性状态的方法,同时学生的自主创新能力得到显著提高。实践证明,"依靠科研,结合科研"是为本科生设计创新性实验的重要渠道和保证。 An experimental instruction of bacteria fluorescent staining suitable for educational activities from scientific research depending on National Natural Science Foundation is introduced.By this experimental instruction,students not only master some experimental skills on isolation,culture,plate count,aseptic sampling,but also study on fluorescent staining and decision bacterial activity.Their independent innovation abilities are significantly increased.Practice shows that research is an important way to teaching.
