摘要 分子生物技术在很多学科领域中被广泛应用,并且许多研究已取得一定的成绩。反观推拿科研工作中应用分子遗传学生物技术相对较少。通过剖析推拿科研面临的现状和问题,探讨分子生物学技术在推拿科研中应用及其临床的指导意义,以期弥补当前推拿研究方法从宏观角度分析推拿问题的不足,开拓临床思路。应用分子生物技术有助于阐明推拿研究中各种重要问题。 Genomics and proteomics technique have been widely used in many areas,and a lot of researches have been made great progress. In contrast,the application of genomics and proteomics technology in research work of Tuina is relatively small. In this paper,we analysis the current problem of Tuina scientific research in order to explore application of genomics and proteomics technique in the massage research and its clinical significance. To improve the current research methodology of Tuina from a new point of view,developing clinical thinking. Application of molecular biotechnology in scientific research of Tuina is benefical to clarify a variety of important manipulation mechanism questions.
