摘要
目前,我国的教师教育正处于转型期,在某些方面呈现出了无序和低效,迫切需要相关"标准"的规约,以提高教师教育的质量,进而满足教育改革与发展对高素质教师的需求。我们应从多个维度出发,制定教师教育的相关标准,涵盖教师生涯的整个过程,为教师专业发展提供尺度和服务。同时,在教师教育标准化的过程中,制定、审查、执行和监管等运作环节应由不同的主体承担,相互制约,彼此促进,从而保障教师专业发展在科学有序的轨道上高效运行。
As Chinese teacher education is at initial stage, disorders and inefficiency appear. Criteria are urgently called on to meet the requirements of education reforms and teacher development. This paper discusses dimensions of the criteria in relation to teaching career and the development. Inspection, implementation and monitoring should be ensured once the criteria are made.
