摘要
徐特立是著名的无产阶级革命家和杰出的人民教育家,它不仅有丰富的教育理论,而且有广泛的教育实践。他长期担任教育行政领导工作,积累了丰富的教育管理经验。在他的支持下,完善了革命根据地的教育法规,使新民主主义教育有法可依;创建了革命根据地新教育体系,使干部教育、社会教育和普通教育紧密结合在一起,为夺取革命胜利做出了巨大贡献;在学校管理中,实行民主治校、勤俭办学、重视体育,培养了一批人才;他重视对教师的管理,主张教师既做经师又做人师。这些宝贵经验对我们今天的学校管理仍不乏借鉴作用。
Xu Teli is a well - known Chinese revolutionary and outstanding educator in both theory and practice. He serves as education administrator for long, accumulating great experiences in management. Owing to his support, an education regulation has been completed as legal basis for new democratic education. In addition, a new applied education system is established in revolutionary bases to join the leadership, .social and general education. He advocates democratic and frugal running of school, paying enough attention to sports. He also attends to the teacher management.
