如何认定网络卖淫嫖娼违法行为备受人们关注。本文从理论上探讨了网络卖淫嫖娼治安案件的证据认定标准,从实践工作的角度讨论了相关侦查手段的合法性,以期达到理论与实践相结合。
How to recognize a certain act online is an illegal behavior of prostituting and whoring draws people＇s great attention. From theoretical perspective, this article explores evidence recognition standard of againstpublic-order cases of online prostituting and whoring, and from practical perspective, discusses the legality of relevant investigation method, so that theory can be combined with practice.
