摘要
概要介绍了国外防水材料的使用情况及防水技术的新进展，以及我国防水材料的最新进展、发展目标和关键技术，提出了推动我国防水材料健康发展和技术进步的若干建议。
The paper describes briefly application of waterproof materials and new development of waterproofing technique abroad.In addition,latest development of waterpfoof materials in China and target and key technique in their development are introduced as well.Some suggestions about how to advance sound development of waterproof materials and technical progress are made. [
