摘要
通过构建外贸依存度、外资依存度、对外开放度等指标体系,对2000-2009年长江三角洲两省一市的对外开放度进行了测度与分析。研究结果表明:2000-2009年长江三角洲两省一市的对外开放度呈现出不断增长的态势,与全国平均水平相比,有明显的优势。特别在外资依存度方面,长江三角洲两省一市的外资依存度与全国平均水平相比已扩大到2.36倍,差距非常明显。同时也说明了长江三角洲两省一市的对外贸易在对外开放的贡献很大。从长江三角洲两省一市的内部差异来看,上海市的对外开放度也遥遥领先于江苏、浙江两省,其中,江苏省处于中间,浙江省的对外开放度处于最后。
Through constructing indices of foreign trade dependency, foreign capital dependency and opening degree, this paper measures and analyzes the opening degree of ＂two provinces and one city＂ of Yangtze River Delta in 2000-2009. The study results reveal that the opening degree of this area shows the trend of constant growing, and compared with the whole country, this area has obvious advantage. Especially from the angle of foreign capital dependency, compared with the whole country, the foreign capital dependency of ＂two provinces and one city＂ of Yangtze River Delta has amplified to 2.36 times of it, and it is really a big difference. At the same time, foreign trade in this area has great contribution to China＇ s foreign trade. From the internal difference of this area, the opening degree of Shanghai is far ahead of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces, and Jiangsu is in the middle and Zhejiang comes last.
