摘要
本文分析了瓦制品在烧成过程中瓦片炸裂的影响因素.从热学角度出发并结合生产实际情况探讨了温度梯度、升温速度、瓦的形状、瓦的厚度对瓦片内部热应力的影响.提出了入窑水分、入窑坯温及辊道窑的温度制度是影响坯体炸裂的主要因素.
<Abstract>The article analyses the influencing factors on the cracking of tile products during firing. From the angle of thermodynamics and integration of field production experience, the article discusses temperature gradient, velocity of temperature-rise, tile green's shape, its thickness affecting its internal thermal stress. It pointes out the moisture content and the temperature of greens in entering kiln, and temperature rules of roller kiln being the main factors for cracking.
