摘要
采用自制环醚调节剂(调节剂T),以正丁基锂为引发剂,以环己烷-己烷为溶剂,采用阴离子聚合法合成高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,调节剂T具有较好的乙烯基含量调节能力,在用量较小的情况下即可合成高乙烯基SSBR;与中低乙烯基SSBR相比,高乙烯基SSBR具有良好的物理性能、优异的抗湿滑性能和较低的滚动阻力及生热。
Using the n-butyllithium as initiator,self-made cyclic ether modifier(modifier T),cyclohexane and hexane mixed solvent,the high-vinyl solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) was prepared by anonic solution copolymerization,and its properties were investigated.The results showed that,modifier T gave good control of vinyl content in SSBR,and the high-vinyl SSBR could be synthesized with low dosage of modifier T;the high-vinyl SSBR had good physical properties,excellent wet skid resistance,lower rolling resistance and heat build-up.
