摘要
研究用高效选择性铜捕收剂AP浮选新疆某斑岩型铜矿石。该矿石含铜0.52%、含硫1.62%。试验采用一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨、三次精选流程,获得铜品位24.41%、回收率90.04%的铜精矿。表明捕收剂AP对黄铜矿具有很好的捕收能力和选择性。
The flotation process of porphyry copper ore with a high selective copper collector AP is investigated.The ore contain 0.52% Cu and 1.62%S.A copper concentrate with grade of 24.41% and recovery of 90.04% is obtained by the technology of one stage roughing,two stage scavenging,roughing concentrate regrinding and three stage cleaning.The results show that the collector AP has a stronger collecting power and well selectivity for chalcopyrite.
