摘要
煤炭与橡胶(塑料)的氧化均为自由基链式反应.根据它们氧化机理的相似性,选择橡胶防老剂为煤炭氧化的阻化剂,研究了防老剂对义马耿村矿长焰煤的化学阻化作用.结果表明,防老剂对长焰煤的氧化有显著的阻化效能和优良的后期阻化作用。
The oxidation of coal belongs in free radical chain reaction. Based on the comparability of oxidation reaction mechanism of coal and rubber (plastic), the rubber antiaging agent is selected as the stopping agent for preventing coal spontaneous combustion. The chemical stopping action of antiaging agent for long frame coal in Gengcun Colliery has been studied. The antiaging agent has the prominent efficiency and fine stopping action with a long period for long flame coal. The mechanism is that the oxidation reaction chain of coal is stopped.
