摘要
知识产权是基于知识产权对象的传播和利用而产生的权利,对知识产权对象的研究,是进一步完善知识产权制度的前提。然而迄今为止,对知识产权对象本质的认识却众说纷纭。把握知识产权对象的本质,需要融合信息论(特别是信息三态理论)以及符号学的研究成果,并在形式说、符号论的基础上认识和理解知识产权对象的本质。
IPR results from the spread and utilization of the object of IPR , thus, researching into the object of IPR is a prerequisite to further improve IPR system. However , there are many different opinions of the essence of IPR object up to now. It needs integrating information theory （ in particular, information of tri - state theory） and the research results of Semiotics to grasp the essence of the object of IPR, recognizing and understanding on the basis of formality theory and symbol theory that the essence of the object of IPR is the symbolized non - primary information.
