本文阐明了复盲数产生的时代背景．给出了复盲数的定义且指明了它与未确知数、模糊数、灰数、盲数等的关系．为信息的综合外理提供了方法．
This paper states the background of producing compound blind number, and gives the definition of compound blind number, and then shows the relations between compound blind number and unascertained number, ac number, grey number and blind number. This paper provides a comprehensive treatment method for information.
