摘要
目的:研究双手持重物双侧对比摄片对肩锁关节脱位的诊断价值。材料与方法:对100例肩锁关节脱位病人均采取拍摄患侧肩关节正位片、双肩关节正位对比片和双手持重物双肩关节对比片,对比、分析其影像特征。结果:双手持重物双侧对比对肩锁关节脱位诊断准确率高,特异性强,明显优于其它两种方法,能为临床提供有价值的诊断治疗依据。
Purpose：To study the bilateral hands and holding heavy contrast radiography of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation diagnosis.Materials and Methods：100 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation ipsilateral shoulder of patients were taken to orthotopic films,double-contrast shoulder anteroposterior films and heavy pair of hands holding the shoulder contrast film,contrast,and its image characteristics.Results：Bilateral comparison on both hands heavy acromioclavicular joint dislocation diagnosed with high accuracy,specificity,much better than the other two methods,can provide valuable clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
