摘要
在我国,资源型城市为地区经济发展和城市化进程做出了重要贡献,但伴随着资源枯竭,这些城市将普遍面临着转型的问题。作为城市经济主体的企业如何改革改制焕发活力,成为决定资源型城市转型成功与否的关键。以资源型城市的典型代表甘肃省白银市为例,从其发展现实入手,有针对性地就加快企业改革改制推进资源型城市转型提出了几点思路与对策建议。
Resources-based cities have made a significant contribution to the regional economic development and urbanization process. But with the resources exhaustion, these cities will generally face the problem of transition. It is the key for the transition of resources-based cities to reform and reorganize enterprises, which are the main bodies of urban economy. This paper selects Baiyin of Gansu province as an example, which is a typical resources-based city, and starts from its development situation to put forward the thinking and proposals on quickening the reform and reorganization of enterprises to promote the transition of resources-based cities.
