摘要
企业社会责任在本质上属于企业文化,是企业文化的新内容,但在我国企业文化建设中,缺少了企业社会责任的建设,因此我国必须完善企业文化中的社会责任建设,把社会责任建设上升到文化层次。
This paper mainly studies the deletion of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the constructing of corporate culture. The CSR belongs to the corporate culture in nature, and is the content for corporate culture. However, there is a lack of CSR in the current corporate culture construction in our country, so we must perfect the CSR in the constructing of corporate culture.
