应用锁孔技术显微镜下切除颅内海绵状血管瘤:23例临床经验 被引量:1

摘要 背景与目的:锁孔技术是微创神经外科技术之一。本文介绍应用锁孔技术显微镜下切除颅内海绵状血管瘤的临床经验。方法:复习我们于2007~2008年间应用锁孔技术治疗各种颅内肿瘤、动脉瘤、功能性疾病150余例,对其中23例海绵状血管瘤患者进行总结分析。结果:23例中男性13例,女性10例,术后通过做磁共振检查,随访2年以上。(1)所有手术定位准确,顺利找到病灶,并得以全切除,无新的神经功能障碍产生。(2)所有手术均未输血,手术时间短,比常规开颅手术平均缩短1小时左右。(3)随访2年以上,没有一例复发。结论:显微镜下锁孔技术是神经外科常用的微创技术,正确合理的使用,能够明显提高颅内海绵状血管瘤完整切除的成功率。 BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE:Keyhole craniotomy is one of neurosurgical techniques.This retrospective study was done to explore the techniques and clinical outcome of microsurgical excision of intracranial brain cavernous hemangioma using keyhole craniotomy under microscope.METHODS:Twenty three patients with intracranial cavernous hemangioma were operated with microneurosurgical techniques using keyhole craniotomy under microscopes.RESULTS:All the cavernous hemangiomas were totally removed under microscope with less bleeding,no blood transfusion,and good recovery after the operation.And no death occurred in the group.No recurrence was found after a two-year follow-up.CONCLUSION:Keyhole craniotomy under microscope is a minimally invasive neurosurgical technique in treating intracranial lesions,and can significantly improve the clinical outcomes in treating deep-seated brain cavernous hemangiomas.
