摘要
软组织生理功能障碍或发生病理性改变会严重影响日常生活,其伤残将直接影响患者的生存质量。如何判断患者损伤的程度、评估治疗的效果、比较不同治疗方法的优劣等问题,长期困扰着外科医生。随着循证医学的深入,外科医生越来越重视临床数据的采集和分析研究。而功能评分是一种方便有效的采集临床数据的方法,近几年来各种软组织损伤的评分体系被不断完善、改进和升级。
The dysfunction and pathological modification of soft tissue can have severe effect on daily life.It has been a puzzle for surgeons for a long period that judging the degree of injury,assessing the result of therapy and comparing the good or bad therapeutic effect of different approaches.Along with the development of evidence-based medicine,the collection and analysis of clinical parameter become of greater value to surgeons.The scoring of soft tissue function is a kind of valid and convenient way to collect the clinical parameter.In recent years,various kinds of scoring systems of soft tissue injury is being consummating,improving and upgrading.
