摘要
目的探讨应用关节镜辅助下经皮螺丝钉固定治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折。方法 2006年2月～2009年8月收治胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折22例,年龄28～73岁,平均57岁,均采用关节镜辅助下经皮复位植骨治疗,术后早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访6～18个月,骨折平均愈合时间12～23周,平均16周。优13例,良6例,中1例,差1例;优良率90%,均无并发症出现。结论关节镜辅助下经皮螺丝钉固定治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折,可以有效预防胫骨近端关节面塌陷,治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折临床疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the effect of arthroscopically assisted percutaneous screw fixation on type Ⅲ tibial plateau fractures.Methods Twenty-two patients were admitted from Feb.2006 to Aug.2009,aging from 28 to 73 years,with a mean age of 57 years.All patients received percutaneous reduction and bone graft treatment,and took early postoperative functional exercise.Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months.The average fracture healing time was 12-23 weeks,averaging 16 weeks.There were 13 excellent,6 good,1 fair and 1 poor clinical result,with good rate of 90%.There were no complications.Conclusion Arthroscopic-assisted percutaneous screw fixation of type Ⅲ tibial plateau fractures can prevent collapse of the proximal tibial articular surface,and the clinical results are satisfactory.
