摘要
目的对比研究新型点接触锁定加压接骨板(PC-LCP)和动力加压接骨板(DCP)固定老年骨质疏松性粉碎性股骨骨折的生物力学特性。方法选取12对老年骨质疏松性尸体股骨制成横断骨折,骨折间隙为1 cm,模拟粉碎性骨折模型。每对随机选取一根用PC-LCP固定,另一根用DCP固定。进行前后四点弯曲、轴向压缩及扭转实验,得到相应的弯曲、压缩和扭转刚度。结果 PC-LCP固定骨质疏松性粉碎性股骨干骨折后的弯曲刚度强于DCP的83.3%、压缩刚度强于DCP的76.5%及扭转刚度强于DCP的18.7%,前两者具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论新型接骨板PC-LCP固定骨质疏松性粉碎性股骨干骨折的生物力学特性优于DCP。
Objective To compare the biomechanical comparison of a new point contact locking compression plate(PC-LCP) and the dynamical compression plate(DCP) in an osteoporotic comminuted femoral fracture model.Methods Twelve pairs of aged cadaveric osteoporotic femurs with transverse fracture and 1cm-width fracture interspace were created to simulate comminuted fracture and fixed with PC-LCP or DCP respectively.Then the anteroposterior four point bending,axial compression and torsion tests were conducted to determine the bending,compression and torsion stiffness of the PC-LCP and DCP.Results Compared with the DCP,the bending,compression and torsion stiffness of PC-LCP were higher,showing significant differences in the bending and compression tests.Conclusion The new PC-LCP has advantage of higher bending and compression stiffness when used to fix the osteoporotic comminuted femoral fracture.
