摘要 总结了对151例B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检患者的护理。主要包括术前心理护理、物品准备、肠道准备;术中护理;术后加强并发症的观察,及时对症治疗。认为术前做好精心准备,做好术中配合,加强术后观察及护理是保证穿刺成功的关键。 The nursing care for 51 patients with B ultrasonic-guided percutaneous rectum and prostate biopsies were summarized, including psychological nursing and preparation before biopsies, nursing care during biopsies, and the observation of complications with symptomatic treatment. It was considered that the above effective clinical nursing care measures could help the biopsies operations Success.
