预警干预措施在预防手术患者难免压疮中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 评价实施压疮预警干预措施对预防手术患者难免性压疮的效果。以Norton评分方法拟定皮肤评估量表对评估对象进行评分。<18分为中、高危患者,病区填写压疮报告表,并上报科护士长、护理部。保持床单柔软、平整、无皱褶,必要时使用减压防护垫或气垫床;重点保护受压部位;手术中时刻保持手术巾的干燥,注意术中保暖;术毕立即观察受压部位;认真做好与病房护士的床边交接班;实行压疮三级管理制度等。经预警和护理干预后仅一例发生浅Ⅱ度压疮,经及时治疗与护理,三日内治愈。压疮预警干预措施,有效降低了难免性压疮的发生率。
