摘要
采取多案例研究方法,以4家美国领先的生物制药公司为研究对象,研究归纳了生物制药企业必须具备的综合组织能力、聚焦专业化市场、融资能力、优秀企业家、持续推出创新产品、区位优势、创业团队的学术背景7个成功要素,并分析了各要素的性质和作用关系。在此基础上,针对我国的实际特点,提出若干对我国生物制药企业有益的启示。
Through examining four top American biotechnology pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper concludes seven critical success factors for biotechnology pharmaceutical enterprises using multiple cases study methods,which are ＂comprehensive organizing capacity＂,＂focusing on specialized market＂,＂financing capacity＂,＂excellent entrepreneur＂,＂continuous product innovation＂,＂location advantage＂ and ＂academic background of the team＂.Meanwhile,we analyze the characters and relations among each factor.At last,revelations for Chinese biotechnology pharmaceutical enterprises are put forward based on above study and the characteristics of china.
