摘要
锅炉给水温度是电厂锅炉设计和回热系统设计、优化的重要参数.该参数的预测方法已有多种,但精度较低,与实际情况不符.其中一个重要原因是未考虑锅炉热源温度的变化.本文从分析传热过程不可逆性入手,考虑了锅炉热源温度变化对给水温度的影响,改进了一个预测锅炉给水温度的计算公式,该公式的计算结果与多数机组符合得很好.
Boiler feed-water temperature is an important parameter of design and optimization of boiler and regenerative cycle in therme power plants.There are several methods to predicate the parameter,but the temperature change of boiler heat source was not considered in these methods.This paper takes effects of temperature change of boiler heat source on boiler feed-water temperature into consideration by analyzing inreversibility of heat transfer.A formula is provided to estimate boiler feed-water temperature.The computed results by the formula are very good compared with many power plant units.
