摘要
文章分析了医院实施护理管理人员继任计划面临的挑战,主要包括医院高层领导和护理管理者的继任意识,医院护理管理人员继任文化和制度的构建,制订和选择适用性护理管理人才测评工具和医院护理管理人才的培训。并据此提出具体策略,包括加强护理管理队伍自身建设,高层领导对护理管理人才的重视和投入,建立配套制度和护理管理人才培养和测评体系,以保证具体落实护理管理人员继任计划,为建立医院护理管理人员培养的长效机制奠定基础。
This paper analyzed the challenges to implement the succession planning of nursing management personnel,including the succession consciousness of nursing managers and senior leadership of hospitals,the construction of succession culture and successinn system, and the development and selection of the applicable assessment tools and nursing management personnel training. Accordingly, the specific strategies were developed, including strengthening the construction of nursing management team,improving high -level leadership's attention and invest on nursing management talents,and establishing the supporting system and training and assessment system for nursing management talents,to ensure the concrete implementation of nursing management personnel succession planning and lay the basement for the establishment of the long - term cultivation mechanism of nursing management personnel.
