摘要
目的:探讨护士工作倦怠和工作压力现状,分析2者之间的关系。方法:整群抽取河南省某市一省级医院的365名护士,采用自行设计的一般人口学特征问卷(包括年龄、护龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职务、所在科室性质和月收入)、Maslach倦怠量表和工作压力源量表进行调查。结果:不同文化程度护士情感疏远维度得分差异有统计学意义(F=10.148,P<0.001);不同科室护士感情衰竭、情感疏远和成就感缺乏维度得分差异有统计学意义(F分别为4.223、3.949和2.641,P均<0.05)。不同年龄护士护理专业方面、工作量及时间分配和工作环境及资源方面维度得分差异有统计学意义(F分别为4.462、17.070和8.911,P均<0.05);不同文化程度护士工作量及时间分配和工作环境及资源方面维度得分差异有统计学意义(F分别为3.360和3.431,P均<0.05);不同科室护士护理专业方面、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源方面、患者护理方面和管理及人际关系维度得分差异均有统计学意义(F分别为4.212、5.401、2.403、2.822和2.441,P均<0.05)。护士工作倦怠与工作压力源各维度存在相关关系(P<0.05)。工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源方面、管理及人际关系压力是工作倦怠的重要影响因素。结论:降低工作量及工作时间方面压力,改善工作环境,处理好人际关系,有助于缓解护士的工作倦怠。
Aim:To explore the job burnout and job stress of nurses and the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 365 nurses from a provincial hospital of Henan province were selected with the method of cluster sampling,and evaluated with Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI),nurse work-related stress questionnaire.Results:The emotional exhaustion of nurses was different among degree of education(F=10.148,P0.001).The three dimensions of job burnout with different the kind of section office were statistically different(F=4.223,3.949 and 2.641,P0.05).The nursing subject,work load and time distribution,work environment were somewhat different among age(F=4.462,17.070 and 8.911,P0.05).The work load and time distribution,work environment were somewhat different among degree of education(F=3.360 and 3.431,P0.05).The five dimensions of job stress were somewhat different among the kind of section office(F=4.212,5.401,2.403,2.822 and 2.441,P0.05).The relationship between job burnout and the job stress of nurses were statistically significant(P0.05).The work load,work environment and management are important factors influencing job burnout.Conclusion:Reducing work load,improving work environment and interpersonal relationships may be efficient measures for preventing job burnout of nurses.
