郑州市区恒牙期安氏Ⅰ类错女性颅面形态观察

摘要 目的:观察郑州市区恒牙期安氏Ⅰ类错女性牙颌颅面结构形态特征。方法:收集来自郑州市区的41例恒牙期安氏Ⅰ类错女性治疗前X线头颅定位片,用Winceph8.0头影测量分析软件选用Steiner分析法对其有关角度、线距进行测量,并分别与正常值进行比较。结果:患者SNA、SNB、SND和SL较正常值小,U1-NA(mm)、U1-NA、GoGn-SN、OP-SN和SE较正常值大,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑州市区恒牙期安氏Ⅰ类错女性颅颌面骨骼深度增加;为垂直向生长型,下颌顺时针旋转,呈Ⅱ类侧貌特征。 Aim:To investigate the craniofacial morphology characteristics of permanent dentition females with Class Ⅰ malocclusion in Zhengzhou.Methods:A total of 41 cases of cephalograms of untreated females of Han nationality in Zhengzhou with Class Ⅰ malocclusion were collected.The Winceph 8.0 cephalometric software and Steiner analysis methods were used.The parameters were compared with those of the normal occlusion ones.Results:Compared with normal occlusion,the parameters which were lower were SNA,SNB,SND angles,and the length of SL,and the parameters which were higher were the length of U1-NA and SE,the angle of U1-NA,GoGn-SN and OP-SN(P0.05).Conclusion:The depth of craniofacial skeleton in Class Ⅰ has increased;the females possess Class Ⅱ profile morphological characteristics own to the vertical growth style and clockwise rotated mandible.
