摘要
目的探索心理护理配合肢体功能锻炼对卒中后抑郁患者运动功能的影响。方法将81例脑卒中后抑郁患者分为观察组和对照组,2组给予不同的护理干预,选用Fugl-Meyer评分,评定患者运动功能。结果给予护理干预后,2组Fugl-Meye评分均有所提高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论给予卒中后抑郁患者有针对性的护理干预,有利于促进患者运动功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of mental nursing and limbs functional exercise on motor function in post- stroke depressed patients. Methods Eighty- one post- stroke depressed patients were randomly assigned to two groups, treated group and control group, and received different nursing care respectively. Motor function was assessed by Fugl - Meyer score. Results Fugl - Meyer score was improved in both groups after nursing care, and the treated group was significantly better than the control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Mental nursing and limbs functional exercise are effective on motor function improvement in post -stroke depressed patients.
