摘要
通过添加不同的表面活性剂(脂肽、吐温80、石油磺酸盐)和金属离子(Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Zn^(2+)和Mn^(2+)),用显微观察法对采油微生物在原油周围富集的影响进行观测.结果表明,不同种类的表面活性剂对不同采油微生物菌株在原油周围的富集均有促进作用,脂肽生物表活剂效果最好.进而证明脂肽能改变细菌表面的亲疏水性,也能乳化原油,使菌体细胞在原油周围富集.金属离子对菌株在原油周围的富集作用效果差别显著,Ca^(2+)对趋化性运动起促进作用,Zn^(2+)和Mn^(2+)起抑制作用,尤以Zn^(2+)最为明显.
With different kinds of surfactants, like lipopeptide, tween 80, petroleum sulfonate, and four metallic ion, Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+, Mn^2+, the phenomenon of partial accumulation on crude oil was observed through microscope slides method. The results showed all surfactants were promoting on microbial accumulation, and the effect of surfactin was best because it can change the hydrophobic and hydrophilic ability of bacteria, and it can emulsify oil better. Not all metal ions had effect on microbial accumulation. Ca^2+ can promote it, while Zn^2+ and Mn^2+ can suppress it, especially with Zn^2+.
