低位直肠癌保肛患者行辅助性回肠造口的护理干预

摘要 随着双吻合器的应用，超低位直肠前切除保肛的患者越来越多，但术后吻合口瘘仍是主要并发症之一，发生率高达27％。辅助性回肠造口可有效地降低吻合口瘘的发生率，缩短住院时间。我科2008年3月42009年9月对33例高危低位直肠癌保肛患者同时行保护性单腔回肠造口，术后给予针对性的护理干预，取得满意效果，现将护理体会报告如下。
