摘要
对大规格TC11钛合金棒材双重退火后的组织与性能进行研究。结果表明,TC11合金棒材热处理后,其中心部分组织因冷却速度缓慢,显微组织和α、β相成分发生明显改变。该组织与性能已不符合GJB 2744A—2007《航空用钛及钛合金自由锻件和模锻件规范》要求。因此大规格TC11合金棒材应根据材料的使用条件和不同的性能要求,适当调整热处理制度。
The microstructure and properties of the large scale bar of TC11 titanium alloy after double annealing were investigated.The results show that the cooling rate of the large bar for TC11 titanium alloy is rather low compared with that of the small bar of TC11,the microstructure and the composition of the α and β phase changed dramatically,which can not meet the requirements of the specification of titanium and titanium alloy bars and forging stocks for aircraft any more.In order to obtain a satisfying microstructure and properties of the large scale TC11 titanium alloy bars,appropriate readjust the heat treatment processes according to the work condition and the property requirement are necessary.
