摘要
目的:应用二维超声心动图斑点追踪成像技术对实验犬急性心肌梗死前后左室短轴径向应变、圆周应变及心肌旋转角度的变化规律、不同形式的运动进行评价。方法:分离结扎11只健康杂种犬冠状动脉左前降支造成犬急性心肌梗死,于梗死前后分别行超声心动图检查,应用斑点追踪成像技术分析左室短轴各节段径向应变、圆周应变以及局部心肌旋转角度的变化。结果:正常状态下左室心肌各节段径向应变、圆周应变、旋转角度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),心肌梗死后左室中部前壁、前间壁、心尖部前壁、前间壁、心尖部后间隔径向应变、圆周应变、旋转角度均明显低于梗死前(P<0.05)。结论:斑点追踪成像能够评价左室短轴各个方向的运动,可精确评价心肌不同形式的运动产生的应变,具有良好的临床应用潜力。
Objective:To discuss the significance and value of speckle tracking imaging(STI) technique for accurately evaluating different types myocardial systole,the short axle radial strain(RS)、circumferential strain of ventricular sinister and rotation degree of regional myocardium of apex of experiment dogs were measured,before and after their acute myocardial infarction,respectively.Methods: Anterior interventricular branches of 11 healthy crossbreed dogs were separated and ligatured and then acute myocardial infarction model were made,Short axle RS、 CS and Rot of each section of apex were measured by STI technique before and after their myocardial infarction.Results: Before myocardial infarction RS、CS 、Rot had no statistic difference(P0.05),RS、CS and Rot of antetheca,forepart of interventricular septum of middle of left ventricle and antetheca、posterior and forepart septum of apex were all lower when dogs were with myocardial infarction(P0.05).Conclusion:Strains caused by all types of myocardium action can be accurately evaluated by STI,which has potential clinical application value.
