摘要
结合进度管理要点,分析了风电工程进度管理的主观及客观影响因素。给出风电工程进度管理的原则、组织机构、管理方式、编制与报批、实施办法及检查调整方法。明确了风电工程项目进度管理的措施。指出,对于风电工程投资建设公司,应重视项目建设进度管理,建立健全管理机构,进行全过程、多层次的动态管理,以有效控制项目建设进度。
Based on key points of schedule management,subjective and objective influence factors of schedule management in wind power project are analyzed.Furthermore,principle,organization,management modes,establishment and approval,implement,checking and adjustment are given,as well as measures for schedule management of wind power project.It is pointed out that investment enterprises should pay more attention to construction schedule management and strengthen the dynamic organization,so that the construction schedule can be controlled.
