摘要
手机的普及为移动图书馆业务奠定了广泛的用户基础,3G通信技术解决了移动通信的带宽和速度问题。论文在3G技术提供的多层次业务基础上,探讨建立一个完善的图书馆移动服务体系,以适应不断增长的用户需求。
The popularity of mobile phones laid a foundation for mobile library and 3G mobile communications technology has solved the problem of bandwidth and speed. This paper tries to discuss on the way to build a perfect mobile service system to meet users＂ increasing demand based on multi-players business of 3G technology.
