摘要
VPN技术在图书馆的应用为西部地区图书馆信息资源共建共享提供了一个新的解决方案。论文就这一方案施行的基础和可行性进行了分析,并对方案的实施范围、组织体系、资源与服务、具体实施方案及可持续发展的保障措施等具体问题进行了深入研究。
Application of VPN technology in library has offered a new solution for the western region library to share information resources. In this paper, the author analyzes the basis and feasibility of this scheme,and research the implementation scope of the scheme, the organizational structure, resources and services, the specific implementation plan and the supporting measures of sustainable development.
