摘要
目的探讨多功能护理车在护理工作中的应用效果。方法护士应用治疗、护理、办公、书写为一体的多功能护理车作为流动护士站,实行护士床边工作制。比较应用多功能护理车工作模式前后病人满意度、护士满意度和医生满意度。结果应用多功能护理车工作模式后病人满意度、护士满意度和医生满意度均较应用前提高,应用前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用多功能护理车作为"活动护士站"不仅使病人得到实时、有效的护理,而且减轻护士劳动强度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objectives To investigate the effect of using multifunctional nursing cart in nursing service.Methods Multifunctional nursing cart was designed as a mobile nursing station with the functions of nursing performing,treatment,records writing.A comparison was conducted between pre-use and post-use of the multifunctional nursing cart in respect of patient's satisfaction,nurse's satisfaction and doctor's satisfaction.Results The levels of patient's,nurse's and doctor's satisfaction after use of the cart were significantly higher than those before its use(P 0.05).Conclusions The multifunctional nursing cart,convenient,efficient and flexible,can provide treatment,nursing,and nursing business handle as a whole so that patients can receive timely and effective treatment and the labour intensity of nurses is alleviated.
