摘要
目的探讨两种宣教方法对肝豆状核变性患者饮食治疗的影响。方法选择2009年6-11月本院肝豆状核变性患者46例,随机分为参与组22例和指导组24例,指导组患者采用常规的健康教育方法,由责任护士全程指导患者的饮食;参与组在常规健康教育的基础上让患者参与制订饮食计划,并制订饮食表。比较两组患者对饮食知识的知晓率及饮食合理率。结果参与组患者饮食知识知晓率及合理率高于指导组(均P<0.05)。结论参与型的健康教育方式能调动肝豆状核变性患者学习饮食知识的积极性,提高患者对饮食知识的知晓率及饮食的合理性。
Objective To study the effects of two health education methods on the dieting habits of hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD)patients.Methods We choose 46 HLD patients in our hospital from June to November 2009 and randomly divide them into two groups:instruction group and participation group.Dieting planning of the patients in the instruction group was decided only by the primary nurses based on the traditional health education method.Patients in the participation group were involved in dieting planning,in addition to the conventional method.We compared the rates of knowing dietary knowledge and dietary reasonableness between the two groups.Result The rates of knowing dietary knowledge and dietary reasonableness were both higher than those of instruction group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion The active participation in health education can motivate the HLD patients to learn more dietary knowledge and improve the rates of knowing dietary knowledge and dietary reasonableness.
