摘要
目的探讨中药外敷综合治疗糖尿病合并腹泻的护理经验。方法对60例糖尿病合并腹泻患者采用中药外敷综合治疗,并采取相应的护理对策。结果本组60例糖尿病合并腹泻患者,经治疗和护理后,治愈32例、显效20例、有效7和无效1例。总有效率98.3%。结论严格控制血糖,中药外敷和精心的护理是疾病治疗成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing diabetic patients with diarrhea managed with external application of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Method 60 diabetic patients with diarrhea were managed by external application of the traditional Chinese medicine and nursed with corresponding care strategy.Results For all the 60 patients,the diarrhea was cured in 32 of them.The best curative effect was achieved in 20,the moderate effect in 7 and no effect in 1.The total effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusions Rigid control of blood sugar,external application of TCM and delicate care are critical for successful treatment.The external application of TCM is effective in treating diarrhea combined from diabetes,thus it is worth clinical generalization.
