食管胃结合部恶性肿瘤手术路径探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨胃食管结合部恶性肿瘤(AEG)路径的合理选择方法回顾分析拓城县人民医院近几年手术治疗的349例胃食管结合部恶性肿瘤临床资料,比较经左胸切口、左胸腹联合切口、经腹切口临床效果结果几种手术径路的切缘癌残留率、平均清扫淋巴结数目、手术切除率、吻合口瘘发生率、心肺并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),几种手术径路的平均住院时间分别是13.5d、15d、7.8d而经腹切口手术后平均住院时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论术前认真评估临床资料,制定科学的、个体化的手术切口选择方案,胃食管结合部癌手术路径的选择才能更加合理。
