摘要
目的探讨支气管扩张症患者行非支气管手术的呼吸道管理经验。方法分析和总结33例支气管扩张症患者在行非支气管手术期间,实施术前呼吸功能评估和排痰训练及术中呼吸道管理的经验。结果 33例患者均顺利完成手术,有2例患者在术中出现紫绀,经处理症状缓解。结论加强呼吸道管理可有效保持支气管扩张症患者术中呼吸道通畅,从而保证手术的顺利进行。
Objective To investigate the management of respiratory tract in bronchiectasis patients undergoing non-bronchial surgery.Methods The histories of 33 bronchiectasis patients undergoing non-bronchial surgery in the perioperative period were retrospectively reviewed to look into the preoperative respiratory function to assess and the experience of intraoperative management of respiratory tract.Results 33 patients underwent successful operation.Only 2 patients contracted intraoperative cyanosis,which disappeared after timely treatment.Conclusion Strengthened management of respiratory tract may effectively keep the respiratory tract unobstructed so that the operation can be successfully conducted.
