摘要
目的总结DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层患者行主动脉腔内修复术后并发症的观察方法与护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结本院2002年12月-2010年3月397例DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层行腔内修复术后并发症的临床表现及护理措施。结果术后住院期间死亡8例(2.0%),术后并发症:内漏37例(9.3%),脊髓缺血3例(0.8%),感染21例(5.3%);治愈389例,住院时间21.5d。结论密切观察病情,及时发现并处理并发症,对提高手术的成功率和患者的生活质量具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the postoperative complications caused by endovascular repair of DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection.Method From December 2002 to March 2010,the clinical manifestations and nursing care of 397 DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection treated by EVAR were retrospectively analyzed.Results 8 patients died during hospitalization（2.0%）.The postoperative complications included endoleak in 37 cases（9.3%）,spinal cord ischemia in 3 cases（0.8%）,and infections in 21 cases（5.3%）.389 cases were cured.The average hospital stay was 21.5 days.Conclusion In the postoperative care,nurses must closely observe pathogenic conditions,detect and treat complications promptly,which is critical for the improvements of success rate of operation and patients＇ quality of life.
