摘要
目的探讨超声骨刀拔除下颌阻生智齿的效果,并总结护理要点。方法选择2009年10月-2010年4月228例下颌阻生智齿患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各114例。实验组采用超声骨刀拔除智齿,对照组采用传统的锤凿劈冠法拔除智齿,比较两组患者拔牙时间及术后并发症的发生率。结果实验组患者拔牙时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论超声骨刀拔除下颌阻生智齿较传统锤凿劈冠法拔牙时间短,并发症少,良好的护理配合及熟练的"四手操作"有利于拔牙的顺利完成。
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasonic osteotome in extraction of impacted mandibular third molar and summarize nursing measures.Methods From October 2009 to April 2010,228 patients were randomized equally into treatment group receiving ultrasonic osteotome and control groups receiving traditional chisel.The indices such as operation duration and complications were observed and compared.Result The rate of complications in the treatment group was lower and the operating duration in treatment group was shorter than that of control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions Utlrasonic osteotome may reduce the rate of complication and shorten the operating duration in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.Good nursing cooperation and skillful manipulations are helpful for the operation.
