摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床疗效、并发症等。方法通过对2006年1月-2008年12月行阴道镜下活检病理诊断为CIN的256例患者行LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术者随访并行回顾分析。结果阴道镜下活检病理诊断与最后诊断的符合率为88.67%(227/256),252例患者术后1年细胞学检查均转阴性(100%),其中245例人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)DNA阳性患者中,238例术后1年HPVD-NA转为阴性(97.14%)。结论 LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术具有手术操作简单、并发症少、疗效高等特点,是一种理想的CIN诊治方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and complications of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure with LEEP for the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods Retrospective reviews were done to 256 CIN patients from Jan.2006 to dec.2008 who were diagnosed by biospy under the colposcope treated with loop electrosurgical excisional procedure with LEEP.Results Of 256 CIN cases,227（88.67%） samples were accorded with pathological biopsy.Ctological examination of 252 CIN cases had turned to negative in 1 year postoperatively.In 245 HPV infected cases,238（97.14%）cases had turned to negative in 1 year after treatment.Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excisional procedure with LEEP is more simply operated and has fewer complications and best curative effect.It has been an ideal therapy to cure CIN.
