摘要
目的观察替硝唑螺内酯乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将寻常痤疮患者94例分为两组,其中治疗组62例予替硝唑螺内酯乳膏,对照组32例予夫西地酸乳膏,局部外搽,每日2次,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率91.94%,总显效率85.48%;对照组总有效率75.00%,总显效率37.50%。经统计学处理,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑螺内酯乳膏治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切,对痤疮患者炎症性皮损如丘疹、脓疱的消除尤为有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Ninety-four patients were selected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and control group.Sixty-two patients were in the treatment group （Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream） and thirty-two in the control group （Fusidic Acid Cream）.Both the two groups were given the local external application of Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream and Fusidic Acid Cream respectively,twice daily,4 weeks as a treatment course.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 91.94%,and the significantly improved rate was 85.48%,while those in the control group were 75.00%and 37.50%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream is an effective drug for the treatment of acne vulgaris,especially for inflammatory lesions such as papules and pustules.
