摘要
流变压铸有着比触变压铸更大的优势,如高效、节能、废料利用率高、工艺流程短、制件性能更优等,特别是在当前能源、环境的压力下正重新受到关注;但因流变浆料贮存、输送等问题严重限制了其发展。针对流变压铸技术,详述了流变压铸的优点及当前的发展前沿;分析了制约流变压铸发展的"瓶颈",简单介绍了当前解决阻碍流变压铸发展的一些做法,并对流变压铸的前景进行了展望。
Rheo-diecasting has a great advantage over thixo-casting in energy efficiency,utility rate of waste,process length and product quality.In order to save energy and protect the environment,the attention toward this technology is being revived.But its development is severely hurdled by the difficulty in the storage and transportation of the slurry.This paper introduces the present measures taken to overcome the difficulty and predicts the future prospects of the technology.
