摘要
互联网的迅速普及要求图书馆员具备较高的信息素养,才能为读者提供有效信息。分析了图书馆员信息素养现状,提出了信息化社会对图书馆员信息素养的具体要求,指出了相关的培养途径。
The rapid popularization of network requires that the librarians must possess higher information literacy for providing effective information for readers.This paper discusses the present situation of librarians＇information literacy,and puts forward some specific requirements of information society to the librarians＇information literacy,and presents some related cultivation ways.
