摘要
图书馆要提升自身服务营销水平,必须优化排队管理策略。阐述了排队论理论模型,并结合实例求出理论解,指出若学生到达时间间隔及服务台服务时间不能同时满足负指数分布时,无法求出理论解,此时可采用Matlab产生随机数的函数,利用蒙特卡洛模拟方法求解。通过求解结果,可以研究既不造成服务台空闲,也充分考虑等待时间的最优排队管理策略,以便于提升图书馆服务营销水平。
A library,which wants to improve its service marketing level,must optimize the queuing management strategy.This paper expounds the model of queuing theory,and connecting with the actual examples,obtains the theoretical solution,and points out that if the arrive interval of students and the service time of service desk can't satisfy the negative distribution simultaneously,the theoretical solution can't be obtained,and at this time,Matlab can be used to generate the function of generating random numbers,and Monte Carlo simulation method can be used to obtain the solution,and through the results of which can make the research on the optimal queuing management strategy for improving the service marketing level of the library,not only avoiding the leisure of service desk but also taking the waiting time into full consideration,
