摘要
目前,医疗纠纷日益增多,严重困扰着医院的正常发展及医护人员的人身安全。在认真分析医疗纠纷赖以发生的内外因素的基础上,文章结合工作实际,就如何有效地防范和处理医疗纠纷提出了自己的观点和做法。
Medical disputes kept increasing in recent years,which hampered hospitals＇ development and influenced health professionals＇ safety.Based on analysis of interior and external factors of medical disputes,experiences in preventing and disposing medical disputes were summarized,and some suggestions were put forward.
