摘要
为有效解决汽车企业的白车身焊装工艺规划速度问题,以实例推理技术为基础,提出了一种两层次检索的白车身零/部件检索系统:在第一层检索中,预检索出白车身中相同部位的实例作为预选实例集;在第二层检索中,针对白车身零/部件的五个方面特征,引入了特征属性相似度计算方法,以实现白车身零/部件实例的快速检索,辅助白车身焊装工艺设计。该方法能够快速检索到相似度较高的零件,并通过具体的实例验证了该方法的有效性。
To effectively solve auto-body parts welding and assembly process problems,an auto-body part retrieval system was proposed by using CBR and two stage-retrieval method.In the first stage,the parts in the same position of(Body In White) BIW are retrieved.In the second stage,according to the five features of parts,similarity calculation method was introduced.Old cases of BIW are retrieved to help design the welding and assembly process.The parts with a high similarity could be quickly retrieved through the method.A case study indicates the effectiveness of this methodology.
