摘要 主要论述了开关磁阻电机(SRM)的高效率直接瞬时转矩控制(DITC)。常用的瞬时转矩控制方法是使用预存的最优转矩分配函数(TSF)。其中,典型的TSF曲线为正弦和直线TSF曲线。由于SRM具有很强的非线性特性,不可能存在任意转矩指令下,既能抑制转矩脉动,又能实现高效率的固定形状TSF曲线。为此,以SRM的非线性模型为基础,提出了一种可实现高效率的DITC方法。所提方法不给定具体的TSF曲线,而是在可抑制转矩脉动的前提下,根据当前运行状态实时确定当时的转矩分配,可有效地减小两相导通区间,实现快速换向。因此,只要合理选择开通角,就能达到实现高效率DITC的目的。最后,通过计算机仿真和DSP驱动实验,证明了所提方法的有效性。 In this paper,a new method of direct instantaneous torque control (DITC) with high efficiency for switched reluctance motor(SRM) is proposed. In the conventional torque control method,the pre-stored optimal torque sharing function(TSF) is applied. For example,TSF is employed in sinusoidal or linear function. However,due to the non-linear characteristic of SRM,the performance with both torque ripple reduction and high efficiency are hard to achieve by means of specific TSF curve for any load torque. Therefore,based on non-linear model of SRM,a new control strategy of DITC with high efficiency is presented,in which the TSF curve is not specified. According to current operating state,the command torque can be real-time distributed between conducting phases to reduce the torque ripple. Moreover,the overlapped region between two conducting phases can be effectively reduced to obtain fast commutation. Thus,the method of DITC with high efficiency can be realized through rational selection of turn-on angles. Finally,the validity of proposed method is verified by the simulation and experimental results.
